SEASON 2021/22
We will be running three coaches to Wembley for the play off final. Coach seats will ONLY be allocated to those who hold tickets for the game and payment for coach travel MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE. You will be able to pay by calling in to Grantham Railway Club between the hours of 7pm and 9pm on Tuesday and Wednesday the 24th and 25th May. Payment will be by CASH ONLY. Once you have paid you will be allocated a receipt and a Bus number. You MUST bring your bus number with you on the day. All coaches will depart from Grantham Bus Station at 9:30 am on the day. We will NOT wait for those not there at the departure time.
You are reminded that NO ALCOHOL WILL BE ALLOWED TO BE CARRIED ON THE COACH.
This is a legal requirement for football coaches and could result in a fine of £1000 to yourself and the coach company. If we find anyone on the journey who has brought some on, then they will be ejected from the bus, wherever we are at the time, and will have to find there own way there. There will be no refund of the fare.
If the police stop the coach and find alcohol, the coach could be turned back, and that my friends would not make you very popular with your fellow travelers, particularly on a day such as this!!!

The coach for HULL CITY will depart from Grantham Bus Station at 9am on Saturday. Please remember NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED ON FOOTBALL COACHES, and if stopped by the police and alcohol is discovered, a £1000 fine will be imposed and the coach will be turned back.
Following the game, we will return to Grantham Railway Club for an end of season buffet and social. Everyone is welcome whether you are members or not. Raffle prizes will be welcomed but please note, if you donate alcohol as a prize PLEASSE DO NOT BRING IT ON THE HULL CITY COACH, instead please take it to Mark at MARRON TILES or give it to any committee member prior to Saturday. Families, friends and other associates will also be welcome at the social event but we would ask for a small donation for the buffet from non members.
Details of coach travel and times for the play off semi final AWAY leg will appear on here when we know who we face and whether we finish 3rd or 4th.

The coach to Blackpool has been ordered and details will appear on here. PLEASE NOTE, this game now has a 12:30pm kick off time.
The coach to Sheffield United on Friday 4th March is now completely full and we have a waiting list. It will depart from Grantham Bus Station at 5pm
The coach to Fulham on Saturday 19th March will depart from Grantham Bus Station at 1pm. A reminder that this is now an 8pm kick off for SkyTV. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS COULD CHANGE IF FOREST SUCCEED IN BEATING HUDDERSFIELD AND GET THROUGH TO THE QUARTER FINALS OF THE FA CUP AS THIS IS SCHEDULED TO TAKE PLACE OVER THE SAME WEEKEND!

DUE TO ROAD WORKS ON THE A52 CAUSING SEVERE ROAD CONGESTION, THE HOME COACHES WILL BE DEPARTING 30 MINUTES EARLIER UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE STARTING WITH THE FA CUP TIE AGAINST LEICESTER CITY ON SUNDAY 6th FEBRUARY. THIS IS A 4pm KICK OFF AND THE COACH WILL NOW DEPART FROM CORBY GLEN AT 1:30pm PICKING UP AT THE USUAL STOPS EN ROUTE AND THROUGH GRANTHAM. FOR NORMAL 3pm HOME GAME KICK OFFS, i.e. STOKE CITY AND BRISTOL CITY, THE COACH WILL NOW DEPART CORBY GLEN AT 12:30pm.

A reminder to all fans travelling on the Grantham Coaches, that in accordance with Section 1(1) of the Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol) Act 1985, as amended by the Public Order Act 1986.
We operate a strict NO ALCOHOL policy on all of our coaches.
Please observe this Law as any contravention could severely jeopardise the club's ability to run coaches to games and result in prosecution for the club, the coach company, and the offender.

There will be a change to the booking process as Bob Taylor is no longer doing it so please do not ring him. Members will be able to board coaches at the Sleafordian depot for all games. Please ring them for departure time details.
Home Coaches
IMPORTANT REVISED INFORMATION ON HOME COACH PICK UP POINTS!
All home coaches depart Corby Glen 2 and a half hours before Kick Off Time.
The new coach operator SLEAFORDIAN, has now confirmed that they will pick up at all of the pick up points previously used. Therefore they will NOT be picking up at Grantham Bus Station.
Away Coaches
Currently all away coaches will pick up and depart from Grantham Bus Station only. Details will be advertised in the Grantham Journal, The Sleaford Standard and the Boston Standard. Booking should be done via the branch Facebook Page.
FORTHCOMING AWAY GAMES - Coach details and departure times

The game against AFC Bournemouth has been rescheduled for Tuesday 3rd May with a 7pm kick off. Details will be published on here and on our Facebook page.
